What we install
From a single smart switch to a whole-home control system.
Smart Switches & Dimmers
Lutron, Leviton, or brand of your choice — installed with the correct neutral wire so they actually work with LED loads and your phone's app.
Custom Lighting Scenes
"Movie Night," "Away," "Good Morning" — one tap sets brightness and on/off states across every room you choose.
Centralized Control Panel
One wall panel or app that controls every light in the house — including the garage, basement, and outdoor fixtures you always forget.
Whole-Home Automation
Schedules, sensors, and scenes that work together — lights that turn on when you arrive and off when everyone's asleep.
Smart Plugs & Outlets
Bring lamps, holiday lighting, and small appliances into your smart home system without replacing fixtures.
App & Voice Control
Works with Alexa, Google Home, and Apple Home — control your lights by phone, voice, or wall switch, your choice.
The problem we solve
"Did I turn off the garage lights?"
Every house has that one light. The garage, the basement, the shed out back — the one you
can never remember if you actually shut off. A centralized control panel fixes that for good.
See and control every light from one panel or app
One-tap "Away" scene shuts down the whole house
Schedules & sensors handle the lights you forget
Add rooms and devices later — the system scales

Common questions about home automation
Answers to what Colorado Springs homeowners ask most.
Can one switch really control all the lights in my house?
Yes. With a centralized control panel or smart hub, we wire your lighting circuits so a single switch, keypad, or app can trigger a "scene" that turns off every light in the house — including the garage, basement, and outdoor fixtures you normally forget about.
Do I need to rewire my whole house for home automation?
Usually not. Most smart switches and dimmers install in your existing switch boxes as long as there's a neutral wire present, which we verify during the walkthrough. For whole-home scenes and centralized panels, we may add a few low-voltage control wires, but it's rarely a full rewire.
What is a lighting "scene" and how does it work?
A scene is a saved combination of lights, brightness levels, and on/off states that activates with one tap — for example, an "Away" scene that shuts off every light and locks down the house, or a "Movie Night" scene that dims the living room and turns off the kitchen.
Will smart switches work with my existing light fixtures?
Most LED and incandescent fixtures work fine with smart switches and dimmers — we just make sure the dimmer is rated for your bulb type and load. We'll check compatibility during the quote and recommend the right hardware for each room.
